1kg of fluffy bread filled with carefully-handcrafted candied orange peel and a tasty almond crust.
It is made with a soft dough with a slightly chewy texture, similar to Panettone in a bird shape.
We prepare our Colomba following the classic Italian recipe using pasta madre (sourdough) and carefully selected raw ingredients. A long double raising method lasting more than 48 hours is used to create an extraordinary soft texture filled with rich aromas of honey, vanilla, and citrus fruits. We only use the highest quality ingredients such as Belgian Butter, Homemade Candied Orange (12 days process), and real Papuan Vanilla.

BakingCo Colomba has a shelf life of 3 weeks from the manufacturing date, but for the best enjoyment, we recommend consuming it within 10 days from production.
